Kukai Dantza Konpainia
Kukai is a company founded in Errenteria in 2001 by the dancer and choreographer Jon Maya. Kukai’s work is based on traditional Basque dances in fusion with other dance styles.
Toni La Sal
The "Txotxongilo bertsolariak" street show arose from a meeting between the puppeteer Antton Bastero, better known as Toni La Sal, and the bertsolari Felipe Zelaieta, both from the Basque Country. (Note: a bertsolari improvises poetry in the Basque language).
MARKELIÑE is synonymous with gestural theatre. Over a career of more than 30 years, it is still committed to original creations and a unique stage code. MARKELIÑE creates stories that engage the world and time we live in.
This collective was born from the need to come together to create, develop as artists and be able to investigate hand-to-hand. To share our passion and carry out this project located between the Basque Country and Catalonia.
